I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and more than 35 years' experience working in retail, financial and manufacturing environments. Much of my experience has been in the human resource management area, where assisting others is a priority. I value providing that same level of service for customers of Mike's Heating & Cooling.
