I am a proud veteran of the US Army, where I spent four years overseas in defense of the freedoms that we all cherish and enjoy. Once I came home I entered the retail and customer service world, which I have continued for the last 25 years. I have worked in various levels of management and oversight in the home construction/repair and remodel industry. These years of interaction with home owners has allowed me to develop the main skill needed and that is listening. I am now a Residential/Light Commercial project manager here at Mike's Heating & Cooling and have served in this capacity for the last four years, my knowledge base allows for the development of the best possible comfort solution for each unique home I am invited into. I truly look forward to being of service.
